Try renaming the c:\users\user name\documents\sage 100 folder. It's one of the first troubleshooting steps I try when an issue is limited to one workstation. If that doesn't solve it then try logging into Sage 100 with a different Sage 100 user code and if the issue still occurs then you have most likely narrowed it down to an issue with the user's computer.
