I am doing an upgrade from v2020 to v2024 and the following error occurred during the company data conversion and it holts the conversion.

The following conversion returned an error JOB:07.00.02.00:DATA:JT_ConfigCodeSnippets:

    image001.png

It is doing this on each of companies Anyone seen this before.   It is definitely related to the conversion of the configurator code snippet file

Anyone have this error.   I looked at the Scanco KB but nothing is listed.   Hoping someone had come across it before .

Jim - do you have Jane Scanlan's email? I would email her directly on this. The woman is a wizard when it comes to OM stuff.

I've never seen that one, but the error implies there is a letter or symbol (maybe a period or empty space) in a numeric integer field. Maybe DFD&M thru it (depending on how many records).

There is a hot fix on the JobOps Portal for that issue.

Thanks to all that replied.   We determined the issue was related to the field size in the Data dictionary for the JT_ConfigCodesnippet files Code Snippet field.   We opened the Data Dictionary  "DD" and found that one of the fields ( Code Snippet$)  was set to be 24576. We reduced it to 12000 and that resolved the error 41 in the company data conversion.  We believe the 24576 was too big.  Not sure why it is an issue on this conversion but this fix resolved the issue.
