    I have a client on v2021.2 Premium and wanted the 2022 IRD downloaded.  To do that, we had to get them to PU3-5.  Everything went fine installing .5 until the data conversion, and I received the message below:


    I saw a few things on it and that Sage was engineering it.  Tracking nor Replicating was on. We attempted to take them back to v2021.2, but it had updated portions of the data, but not all, so essentially, it was half .2 and.5.  This was done on a Friday, and Monday was an observed holiday for Sage.  It was a mess, and the client was down.  We contacted Sage on Tuesday, and they have a utility for this exact problem.  The client had to sign a waiver from Sage before we could run the utility "PRIOR" to converting the data to PU5.

    I believe the problem exists for any PU after 2. While this seems to be isolated to Premium, and I am not sure if it will affect every client with these scenarios but if they insist on updating their version, have the utility ready to go before you start the process.  It will save you a tremendous amount of time and potentially system outages.
