Hi Chris – This might not have anything to do with it, but I was getting the Error -30 every time I worked remotely when I used Remote Desktop (RDP) to get into the server. And it is unique to the workstation I use.
I have to not only change the default printer on the workstation I was using to be a local printer (or a .pdf printer), but also I have to make sure it was not a "redirected" printer of any kind. And in fact, I deleted several .pdf printers (Cute and Foxit) that showed they were re-directed because if I used those re-directed printers, I consistently received the Error -30.
Once I deleted the re-directed printers and changed the default printer to be a local printer to that workstation (or again, a .pdf printer that was not re-directed) my Accounts Payable Invoice Registers, my electronic AP remittance emails, and my Direct Deposit Stubs all were printed/electronically delivered correctly.
I do have to do that each time if I power down the workstation at all – delete the redirected printers and assign the local printer...

We have a client who has a windows 7 machine where it appears we can't use our normal tricks to get it to print to the paperless printer. They are on Sage 100 Standard 2019
1. Removed the Sage 100 PDF Converter failing
2. Uninstalled the printer drivers for the Amyuni Document Converter as there were two listed
3. Give everyone full rights to the registry key Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_CONFIG\Software\Sage 100 PDF Converter
4. UAC set to never notify and rebooted
5. User is set as administrator on local machine, tried under different windows profile (ours and theirs)
6. Right click run Sage as administrator
7. Install the printer using pl_advancedoptions_ui and then tried the process using the pdfinstall.exe in the home folder
8. Open the printer and change the port to both a new local port (did both just "Sage" and then the folder path method C:\Users\Public\Sage
9. Security tab gave every full rights on the printer
Still getting the same error, their Windows 10 machines in the office appear to be working fine but the Windows 7 is having issues.
Anyone have any additional thoughts?
