Error 92 - SY_SESSION.PVC - Statement 93 - SetlLastActivityTime - customer claims they are doing a VI job then system freezes at the above. Version 4.4 with latest PU - I'm suspicious of the last portion of the error because we just went through time zone change. ?

What if they reboot their workstation?

At this point that's what I recommended. I also think they're getting network errors so I suggested this is a likely network problem.
