Sage 100

I am having an issue on a new install of Sage 2019 pu 2 as to when trying to access any VI Import or Export the following message is received;

Sage's knowledgebase states to check the "Links" folder for files associated with master developer.

Cause

Resolution

<content>Review the ...\MAS90\Links folder for files related to the task you are performing. Run the Installed Module Listing Report in Library Master\Reports and contact the developer listed that created the modification.  Contact the Master Developer for further troubleshooting.</content>


The installed modules show ISM Shipping and Barsta Shipping, there is no way to uninstall within the Sage. The documentation I received stated to remove a list of files.  Which I have removed and placed in another folder outside of Sage, but the error still remains.  The strange thing is that the customer was on version 4.3 so I did the upgrade to 4.5 then to 2019.  If I go into the 4.5 version there is no issue opening any VI Import/Export this only affects the 2019 version.  Has anyone ran into this issue and if so do you have a solution for this?

Hi

You may want to try to break into a prompt at the error and type:

Print class$

and

Print path$


Which may point you in the correct direction.

Also, did you look to see if SY_ClassEnhancement in MAS_SYSTEM has entries for programs you removed,
you may need to make a copy of this file and remove the entries corresponding to the programs you removed.
