We are in the process of implementing StarShip Cloud.  V-Tech is getting a write-back error when processing packages.  We went into User Defined Field and Table Maintenance to look at a setting in the SO Sales Order Detail file but received the error below:

    .

We have also replaced Scanco Multi Bin and Bar Code.

Yes... but that KB had the error when printing, so it makes sense the missing files would be from PL.

Since your error seems related to the data dictionary / custom office / enhancements, perhaps there are missing files related to those settings.  Did your AV delete any files in the MAS90 folder?

We think it has to do with taking Scanco MB and Scanning out of the system,

Removing enhancements is always a problem.  Did you uninstall, or leave it in place (deactivated)?

(Read Alnoor's answer too... he know this stuff much better than I do).

You probably still have remnants of the previous Scanco installed such as a class override for SO_SalesOrderDetail_bus (or similar) that is trying to load. DFDM Sy_ClassEnhancement and look for the 140 entries. Then look in \mas90\SO in File Explorer for the override files referenced by Sy_ClassEnhancement or any files with the pattern SO_140x.pvc or SO140x.pvc

Standard non-enhanced PVC files missing can also cause this error. The PL ones comes to mind that you've already covered. If it is impractical to do a File Explorer comparison of their \SO, \CI, \IM, \SY, \PL folders to yours, you could potentially reinstall Sage, its service pack, and the non-Scanco enhancements. You could also get a MD type to step through the code as it is running and failing to see what the culprit file is.
