Sage 100

Client using Kissinger WebStor started getting this error when processing orders. (also using Avatax, obviously)

Has anyone seen this error before?

I saw that error a few weeks ago when Avalara was having "degraded service". It stopped happening once Avalara was back up... They were also getting an error 65 SO234_AVA_INVOICE_BUS.pvc at line 90 when they were on the totals tab of Sales Order Invoice Data Entry in case that helps.
