  • 1.  Error 71 SO_SALESORDER_UI.PVC 1066

    Anyone seen this error?  v2018 Standard.  Occurs for one user when quick-printing Sales Orders.  Their Sage is in a hosted environment and no other user reportedly get the errors.  All printers in their business are shared.  I've never even heard of Error 71.

    Do you get it with every SO?  Could it be something with the UI, and you need to reset the panel?  That would only affect one user.

    I have not see this one, but lately I've seen errors where users no longer have a default printer selected. You might check that. Have them select a different printer as their default, and make sure Windows is set to 'not' control the default printers.

    Thanks for the input.  I just learned the user's computer is "dying".  He is getting a new one installed shortly, so this case is on hold for now.
