  • 1.  Error 65 when printing UDF Maintenance listing

    I'm trying to print a listing of a customer's UDF's but get the error message below. Found a KB indicating it is a corrupt data dictionary. Thoughts anyone?? TIA!

    Ryan Pearce in support sent me these instructions when a customer had this error last year. This worked.

    1. Make a backup of MAS90 folder
    2. Log into Sage 100
    3. Select File, Run from toolbar
    4. Type: SYZCON
    5. Click OK
    6. Type: DD
    7. Press Enter
    8. Click on binoculars icon on Table name field
    9. Expand C/M and double-click 'CM_UDFMaintenanceListingWrk'
    10. Click on 'Data Elements' tab
    11. Move 'Sort Field' to top of list
    12. Click 'Exit' in lower right corner
    13. Type: BYE
    14. Try printing UDF List
