Sage 100 2024.1 Standard, just upgraded this week, getting Error 65 in program _WINRPOC.SAD at line 0340 in cash receipts after resizing the screen (making it bigger).

Sage KB (Solution ID:  224924450060047) refers to customized screens getting corrupted, but this screen is NOT customized.  Anyone else seen this?  Any ideas on fix?

is it only one user?  If the screens are not custom then maybe try changing the windows screen resolutions and/or the Sage 100 application scaling setting.

Do any enhancements modify the panel?

    Windows application scaling?

Error 65 means there is something in the panel definition that cannot be drawn on the screen, in the coordinates specified.

(There used to be an issue with the grad-cap bitmap file needing to be copied to the workstation... but I think they fixed that a few versions ago).

Vanilla Sage 100 except for Starship, which won't be in cash receipts.  No * on the panel, and no customizations of that panel show in customizer.

well, I asked them to repat it and click on the info button, and now they can't make the error happen.  Looks like reverse psychology works on the silicon based life forms...

The error #65 in winproc is 99% likely to be caused by a button/field on the dMain panel that is located under the folder control as seen in the example below.  Double-click the entry to find out which task it occurred in and then check the dMain panel (also check the dMainW panel if applicable).  To resolve this, find out what the row is for the good controls at the bottom, then right-click the button that is located in the wrong spot, you should get a prompt asking if you are referring to "FOLDER", click No and it should bring up the dialog for the button, go to the Options tab and set the Row field to the same value used by the other controls.  I typically see this on upgrades that go from a version with the old address field lengths to the new lengths that let to Sage increasing the height of the panel to accommodate the bill-to and ship-to address fields stacked vertically instead of side by side.
