Sage 100

Error 47 WOWJBG line 30010 - no key no file references. Occurs when printing the WO Transaction register for a completion to scrap. Tested with 3 different work orders. No other WO transactions are in process. Sage 100 Advanced, 4.50.4 with ACS Multi-bin and WOEP Rebuilt WO1, 2, 3, U and sorts. Checked that GL accounts valid and complete on the product lines and none missing, work order has op codes and materials have been issued. What else? Any ideas?

Haven't contacted him yet - thought I'd check here in case anyone else had the issue or had a suggestion.

The program WOWJBG references WO1, WO3, WOB, WOR, and WOS. I'm not sure if multi-bin modifies this program or if any additional data files are introduced. If it were me, I would 1. backup the live company to a backup company. 2. Rebuild the Key File WO Transaction Entry Header WOR. 3. Analyze and relink the Line File WO transaction Entry Detail WOS. 4. rebuild the sort files. If that doesn't do it, I would: 1. Rebuild the key file WOB. 2. Narrow it down to 1 entry. Determine the exact record that the error is occurring on and then print the record from DFDM. Then enter a new record that doesn't error. Print the good record using DFDM. Compare the printouts and look for a difference... kind of like comparing the pictures and finding the differences game from the newspaper... just not quite as fun.

I'm thinking a call to Ron Jacobs would be in order...or Chompf.

Line 30010 is outside the range of the std program lines - so its a Multi-bin issue.

Work order is known for its sticky sort files. Error 47's are typically rebuild of key files followered by rebuild of WO Sorts. I recommend after the rebuild of key files to renaming the 5 WO Sort files, manually reinitializing them and then Rebuild the WO Sorts.

@DougHiggs followed your instructions, but still errors. Rebuilt all WO keys and sorts, still errored. Ran in my test version, and didn't get the error, so created a new WO for same item, issued materials, updated and then entered complete to scrap - same error. Calling Ron. Thanks for all the suggestions, I'll follow-up with the conclusion.

Ron sent me an updated WOWJBG which I'll install when clients off system. He had just addressed this for another client.
