With some more digging, found that it is happening before it opens any files and possibly has something to do with a printer. HOWEVER, cannot get the actual line number. If you say No to print the DTR and choose the DTR from the menu instead, it works fine. For now, giving client that directive for TS - I'm sure it's some TS setup but good grief, trouble-shooting that isn't worth it with so little to go on. (And only 1 person HAS to update via the TS.)
