Error 450 Excel is unable to set font style - occurs when exporting a report from the viewer to Formatted Excel. Details: MAS 90 4.5.3, FRx 6.7 SP11 on Windows 7 64-bit workstation. Server is Windows 2008(FWIW). Sysdata lives on server. Tried Microsoft KB 964427 resolutions. Exports without error when I do the same on my local computer (MAS 4.5.5, FRx 6.7 SP11 Win7 64-bit). I noticed that her workstation has .NET Framework 4.5 on her computer. I have .NET Framework 1.1. Requested her IT remove 4.5, install latest 1.1. He says he did that, but she still can't export the report. Haven't been on her workstation today to verify the environment. Anyone run into this?

Is Excel 32 bit or 64 bit?

Good question. I'll find out (she's SOL if 64-bit, isn't she?).

IT should be able to reload as 32 bit.

    That's the problem.

This is the response I got from client's IT: ""Yes, the machines are all Windows 7 x64 Ultimate. With the business world moving away (and quickly) from 32-bit operating systems, I would hope that this vendor has a solution coming quickly. We can run using compatibility mode, but that introduces its own set of issues."" This may be what finally gets people off FRx. I just sat in on the Sage Intelligence Webinar that was originally presented at Summit, and learned that sometime after v2013 is released, there will be a patch to allow its use with 64-bit Excel. Does anyone know offhand if BizNet or Renovo support 64-bit yet?

Oh for goodness sakes - I mis-read his answer, and got clarification. They are on 32-bit Office.

I believe that I solved this problem once by installing FRx SP12.

Thanks @JohnLeonard . I'll see if the client wants to pursue.
