Error 43 SOXUAD Line 31560 During Sales Journal Update
This error occurs when serial numbers are being automatically assigned using the Sales order + .xxxx serial number extension. The maximum number of serial numbers is reached (.9999) and the error occurs.
Solution is to uncheck the ""Update Item to Equipment History"" checkbox in the Service Equipment Information file (JT_W6).
1. Access Debug from the Error message and type in ?JTW1$(1,35). This will return the Inventory Item number that needs to be modified in JT_W6.
2. Access DFDM JT_W6xxx and enter the item number in step 1 above. Edit field 1 58,1 from Y to N.
3. Restart the Sales Journal Update.
