  • 1.  Error 43 Format mask invalid CI_AuditTracking.pvc 0388

    Can someone please tell me what line 0388 refers to?

    v2018 - I'm importing into CI_Item.  The only field being imported is a UDF, which is a 50 character multi-line string field.  The closest Sage KB article I find for the error references line 270, and the cause = "Format mask for field being imported is invalid".  I don't think that's the issue.  I'm also finding it difficult to find the offending record because the item numbers are a combination of numbers stored as text and numbers with dashes.  The VI job log doesn't list the records in the same order as the source file and I can't sort the 2480 records to match the VI job log.

    It seems I posted prematurely.  The error occurred during a test import.  When I just went ahead and imported, I got no error.  Go figure.
