    Upgrade v2016 to v2019 Standard. ALL user connect via Remote Desktop and only SOME of them get this error. Sage Knowledgebase states to run Custom Office Utilities...which I had already done, and reinstall Update 2...again. Still the error appears to SOME users.... any other ideas????

    With rdp the user still logs on to Windows and have their own user profile.  Check the supported platform matrix for the recommended screen resolution.  Not positive but something easy to rule out.

    Do they have UDFs added to the Lines tab of Invoice History Inquiry?

    If so there is a bug introduced between in 2018 and 2019 from the last product updates. Long story short, open Invoice History Inquiry and choose pSOLines. Choose Format tab where you see both the standard fields and UDFs you've added for the Lines tab. Click on the Reset button then add your UDF(s) again. Repeat the process for pARLines if you also had added UDFs there. Then save, exit, open Invoice History Inquiry again.

    Belated thanks to @Alnoor Cassim and the other contributors to this post. I wish I had searched for Error 41 a couple of days ago and found this resolution. I went as far as removing a custom panel and all UDFs, then recreating it from scratch, in an attempt to fix this error.

    Followed the instructions above and hey presto, the invoice history inquiry is now working.
