Do they have UDFs added to the Lines tab of Invoice History Inquiry?
If so there is a bug introduced between in 2018 and 2019 from the last product updates. Long story short, open Invoice History Inquiry and choose pSOLines. Choose Format tab where you see both the standard fields and UDFs you've added for the Lines tab. Click on the Reset button then add your UDF(s) again. Repeat the process for pARLines if you also had added UDFs there. Then save, exit, open Invoice History Inquiry again.
