@Robert Wood Yes. Thank you. I have been meaning to report back. There is no correlation between the APS program name and the Sage 100 product update. For example, the customer is on Sage 100 v5.40.3. The installation file APS sent me is APSC2P540Setup04.exe and I was getting an error 41 processing credit cards. I thought
maybe the reason for the error was because APS sent me a program only compatible with PU4 and we had PU3 installed. However, it turned out there was a bug in the APS program APSC2P540Setup04.exe . APS sent me APSC2P540Setup05.exe. I installed APSC2P540Setup05.exe and the error 41 magically disappeared.

Howdy, Doug!
You should be using APSC2P540Setup05.exe:

@Bob Sosbee I am trying to update version 5.4.3 first before I do the migration to version 6.1. The customer is on 5.40.3. The installation file APS sent me is APSC2P540Setup04.exe. Does the "04" in the file name indicate PU 4? Do I need to 5.4 PU 4 to get to 5.40.4?

Howdy, Doug!
I think you have the wrong APS version for 6.10. It should be APSC2P610Setup05.exe for 6.10 PU1. If not, please ask your APS rep for the correct file.
For 5.40, it should be APSC2P540Setup05.exe, and you must have the current PU in 5.40.
