  • 1.  Error 404 File or directory not found in Package Tracking in Sage 100

    Hi,

     

    At least 2 clients have been getting the error below.

     

    Does anyone know if these Sage services are down?

    Error: "404 - File or directory not found." in Summary Package Tracking Inquiry, after clicking on the Package Tracking button in A/R or S/O

    Error: "404 - File or directory not found." in Summary Package Tracking Inquiry, after clicking on the Package Tracking button in A/R or S/O.



    Cause

    An internal Sage error has occurred that has broken the link.



    Resolution

    Sage is currently working on a resolution.

    Workaround:

    It looks like this is a Sage issue. Several people had customers inquiring about this yesterday too.

    If this is a critical problem for anyone, we did a button script for a tracking pop-up once, so we know it is possible (although tricky).  (The tracking feature doesn't work for Canadian carriers).
