Can't say I've seen this one before but it looks like they might have 3rd party enhancements installed? If so, what are they? I would venture to say those are causing the problem.
You can try going to File > Run and type "*ESC" (without quotes) and click Yes to enable Escape Trapping. Once you do this, try to do the same thing you were trying before and see if you get any errors. Escape trapping temporarily removes any screen enhancements, in case those are causing the problem.
If it works, you know it some sort of screen modification (e.g. UDF). If not, it would be program related, but most likely a 3rd party mod.
To disable escape trapping, you can go back to File > Run and type "*ESC" again and click Yes to disable it. Note that this will only enable/disable on your specific workstation/instance. It does not affect anyone else so it's safe to use. You can also simply log out of Sage and log back in to disable Escape Trapping.
