Any have notes on this error? All signs from the KB point to a corrupt file, but which one?? We get this in AP Vendor Maint, AP Invoice Entry,  and PO/ROI/ROG Entry. Same Error 200, same file, same line #.

If you haven't already, try getting everyone out of the company you are – browse out to lock files for that company and delete all the lock files, then get people back in. If that does work, make sure AP options and critical AP files in use open without any errors. I have seen this (mainly on Premium) where either Sage unilaterally locks a file and nothing else can open it OR Sage is expecting a module that integrates with these modules to be setup (and it's not) so it gives this error.

No Luck on the lock files. I can open AP_Options and PO Options without error... and I checked and unchecked the integrations boxes (Saving between) so it would rewrite to the table. I verified I was able to open every task in the Setup folders for both AP and PO - so critical module files seem to be ok.

So far it's just AP Vendor, AP Invoice, PO Entry, ROI/ROG... I can create checks, and pull in and look up vendors, so I may have ruled out the vendor file?

    Any other thoughts?

    Version?
    Is this happening post upgrade?
Any custom office scripts or third party enhancements with files in the MAS90\Links folder?
It looks like the GetChildHandle method is failing to create whatever child class it is trying to read.
Vendor Maintenance has the following data sources which rely on child handles.
    1. MAIN
    2. APDivisionNo
    3. TermsCode
    4. PrimaryContact
    5. AccountKey
    6. CountryCode
    7. TaxSchedule
    8. TaxClass
    9. ZipCode
    10. InactiveReasonCode
    11. PrimaryPurchaseAddressCode
Does the error happen to every user?
Can you try to create a new role that has everything checked on the first 3 tabs and assign it to a user and see if the error still occurs under that user?
It seems like this could be either a role permission or table issue.
Does the error occur under every company?
I've seen users accidently move files out of the company data folders before, have you verified there aren't any missing company data files,

    Thanks David!
This is after an upgrade from v7.0 Adv to v7.0 Premium so no changes to data tables as far as an upgrade go - just moving to SQL ("just" haha).

I enabled escape trapping and still got the error (and even went so far as to clear out the two scripts they had in place entirely). All users, all company codes. Also happens in Mas90 Mode. I totally forgot about the LINKS folder, and that has come back to get me more than once. The only enhancement installed is APS - which was being used in the Advanced version as well (not a new addition), BUT we did apply the latest patch so that is a good thought.

I will try your suggestions and Report back ASAP!

Removed all files from the Links folder but the default. No Luck
Created a new Role (full access) and a new User. No Luck
Replaced Console/Workstation/Session files - just to cover bases

Since it's happening in every company/every user I am leaning away from reinitializing anything as it appears to be M4L or pvc related, right? I even went so far as to drop in the Mas90\AP and SY folders from the ADV installation on the off chance something became corrupt in the conversion but still no luck.

Last resort. Rebuild System Files Utility.  CHECKED EVERY BOX (so scary) Got this incredibly unhelpful error on SY_SalesTaxScheduleDetail. So is that my file??

Oh And still same error 200 in Ap/Po.

I'll check back in the morning for additional ideas and maybe some progress on the case I just logged with Sage. Thankfully SUPER patient client :)

Ok guys, this got resolved. Sage suggested rebuilding the CI_CommodityCode table (Which is not right since Inventory files were correct), but then Alnoor suggested a missing table in SQL. I installed a new "clean" instance of Sage 2021 and did a comparison of tables (Visual Studio) and found 18 missing tables. YIKES!! So I was able to import those tables in and get the data populated from the Advanced version. Additional FYI - the table specifically causing the error above was the AP_TermsCode table, but I likely would have had many more errors following it. Not sure why they didn't convert over from Advanced, but hopefully this helps someone in the future!

This can be moved from Urgent Support.
