  • 1.  Error 200 SY_ReportCommon.pvc

    Have a client that one remote user cannot print or preview registers and get error 200 sy_ReportCommon.pvc.  This user remotes into the server.  We have uninstalled WK setup, reinstalled, checked for Panda Antivirus - Followed KB 52776 and cannot get the issue resolved.  The user can work everywhere else in Sage without issue.  We changed so that it's not pointing to a redirected printer. We also ran the wksupdatestandard.exe.

    They actually have to call the office and other workstations can do the update for them.  Problem started after a tornado in early summer.

    Any thoughts or suggestions?

    I encountered this issue just this week.  In my case I had to uninstall the workstation and reinstall being sure to use "Run as Administrator".  That resolved my issue.

    do you get the same results when you launch the Sage app using "run as administrator"?  (not just the installation)

    I can force this error to occur by simply renaming the pvxwin32.exe.config under "MAS90\Home\" so it is definitely worth confirming everything in the KB article is checked.
