I encountered this issue just this week. In my case I had to uninstall the workstation and reinstall being sure to use "Run as Administrator". That resolved my issue.

Have a client that one remote user cannot print or preview registers and get error 200 sy_ReportCommon.pvc. This user remotes into the server. We have uninstalled WK setup, reinstalled, checked for Panda Antivirus - Followed KB 52776 and cannot get the issue resolved. The user can work everywhere else in Sage without issue. We changed so that it's not pointing to a redirected printer. We also ran the wksupdatestandard.exe.
They actually have to call the office and other workstations can do the update for them. Problem started after a tornado in early summer.
Any thoughts or suggestions?
