Sage 100

Client is on v2016 Standard.  They are in a hosted environment and run Sage as a remote app.  Recently, one user only began receiving Error 2 GL_DetailReport_rpt.pvc 00308; file = GL_AccountSegment.M4T.  Also occurs when printing Chart of Accounts and GL Trial Balance reports.  When change users to a different Sage user in her session, the reports do not generate the error.  I renamed SY_Workstation to see if that resolved it, but it did not.  Short of creating a new user account for her, any ideas of how to resolve the issue?

Might Role and/or ODBC security be limiting?  Don't see a mention of the same Role between users.

ODBC security is not enabled.  They just created her a new user id with the same role permissions as the old one and the problem is resolved.
