    Error 15 #PL_CommonUtility.m4p , This was resolved but adding a new Port called Sage and attaching the SAGE PDF converter to it? This was document for an Error 12 but it is also for an error 15 too. SAGE Resolution ID 524324

    Complete Instructions. Printing to Paperless Office Hangs and does not complete or respond on a Windows 7 Machine with Sage MAS 90 and MAS 200 Entry Type: Informational Application: #paperless Office Version Reported: 4.40 Subject: Printing to Paperless Office Hangs and does not complete or respond on a Windows 7 Machine with Sage MAS 90 and MAS 200 Possible Resolution: 1.Go to the Start Menu / Devices and Printers in Windows and Right click on the ""Sage PDF Converter"" 2.Select ""Printer Properties"" 3.Navigate to the Ports tab 4.Click ""Add Port"" and Create a New Local Port called ""Sage"" 5.Click Apply 6.Navigate to the Security tab and add select the ""Everyone"" group. Select ""Manage This Printer"" and ""Manage Documents"" under the Permissions box 7.Click Apply 8.Accept all changes 9.Try printing to Paperless Office from within MAS

    The default workstation install for a WIN 7 64 OS points the PDF converter to use a NUL port. Above is the solution. Keep in mind that EVERYTIME you run the workstation install on this machine, you have to remember to switch the port from the NUL to the SAGE port.
