Error 15 PL_Commonutility.m4p at line 266 I have applied the ""12-step program"" list of fixes to this Windows 7 machine (.registering correct .dll, Sage PDF converter installed properly and with full permissions, full permissions to the directory where the PDF is stored, updated the Windows Registry with all the stuff that needs to be there, uninstalled work station setup, turned off UAC and reinstalled wksetup) and I get this error when the PDF is trying to create. This error is not logged in Sage's KB - only line 351 - so I'm not sure what this specific error means.

Make sure there is not s Null printer port in the converter. Just had that problem this morning. The error was different but it is worth a look.

When you reinstalled the weksetup, did you ""run as adminstrator""? Is the Win 7 32 or 64 OS?

Thanks @NancyHanson your recommendation worked. Go to start/run (in windows), type 'services.msc' find the 'print spooler' and stop and start the service.

Nancy did not post here .. she's a co-worker and emailed me. This process was done at the workstation.
