  • 1.  Error 15 JCWJGA 11860 - 2017

    Has anyone every come across this error? The user gets this after updating a manual check with an invoice that has a JC distribution. Everything "seems" to update correctly. I can't find anything on this and I'm at a loss in what direction to go.

    Does INFO show a file name?  Maybe you can see bad data via DFDM?  Shot in the dark, but I suppose you could try replacing JCWJGA with copy from your system.

    FWIW, I had to go back to version 2017 to find this old JC program. JCWJGA loads up as "J/C Daily Job Transaction Register" in 2017.

    The last line in the code is 11890, so this is right near the end of the program, may be a bad printer.

    Curious as to what version they're running.

    Thanks for the input you guys! 

    I ended up analyzing and relinking all Job Cost files, rebuilding Accounts Payable and rebuilding Sort files again. For some reason this fixed it.
