    Sage says this is a data dictionary issue: "Caused by corruption in data dictionary files (\MAS90\providex.*) such as Providex.dde file."

    I don't understand how this just happens.  People were working just fine on Thursday.  Now when they access Customer Maintenance, or Vendor Maintenance this error occurs.

    Jane - unless you or someone else made some changes to the custom office (UDF's/UDT's) and had a problem - I don't think it should happen either.  If that has not happened, what are the chances of restoring your DDE/DDF providex files from backup?  I certainly would also make a copy of the current, albeit problematic, ones as well.
