Error 12 pr_efiling.pvc 0173 when running efiling reports. Can someone tell me what that line of code refers to? Scenario: Sage 100 2013.8 Advanced - after having successfully run the 940 & 941 for several company codes on Monday, the user today, in another company, went to run reports. She reported that upon launching eFiling, she was prompted to update Aatrix. Afterwards, she successfully ran the 941, but when she then chose the 940, first saw the error screen File XXXXXXX not found. Error details in the attached screenshot. Now, she can't run any report in any company. I RDP'd to their T/S and get the same results she does.

Had a similar error for a new customer. I removed efiling through add/remove programs and installed again. Solved my error. Mine was Error 42 Program PR_Efiling.pvc Line 1332.

Not sure if this is related but one of my clients reported a file not found error after making a copy of a company and trying to run efiliing. She copied the aatrix files from the original company and error didn't occur.

Ok, I got it to work. I went to their MAS server (logged in as the domain admin) and installed efiling (it had not been installed previously). Forms got updated. Reports ran. Went back to the T/S. When I launched eFiling, I got prompted to update forms. I did NOT update. Reports ran. I then updated forms and it still works. I can't figure out if it's permissions-related or something else. And I'm not sure this won't happen again down the road. Any thoughts?
