Sage 100

Client is testing upgrade from S100 advanced 2019 to S100 advanced 2021 SU2.  getting error 12 SY_Session.pvc line 1946 on file SY_UserLogonSecurity - this only happens from time-to-time - cannot find a pattern yet.  The file is there and users can go hours without getting this message.

Has anyone seen this ?

I had one user getting error 12 on Sy_Session.pvc line 7240 a couple of weeks ago.  Not sure if this is similar.  They are on 2019 standard.  I disabled anti-virus temporarily and then did an "end task" on the open pvxwin32.exe programs in task manager.   I asked him to ask IT to make sure the exclusions were in place and contact me if it happens again.  I haven't been contacted.  I think this can also be corrupt sy_console or sy_workstation.   You may look at AV and renaming sy_console and sy_workstation.
