Error 11 SO_158Invoice_ui.pvc Line 627 in Invoice Data Entry
This message occurs in the WT Billing Selection window after specifying to bill the work ticket complete.
The error occurred due to a blank parent item in the work ticket step 000, and also that the parent item did not exist in the sales order. This problem did not appear on the JobOps Validation Utility and has been reported to JobOps.
Delete the JT_WorkTicket.m4t record. Also delete any JT_Transaction.m4t record(s) ... such as Status record.
