Error 109 JTWDBM Line 32030 when punching in/out or logging in/out of a Work Ticket:
The JT_D9 file has corrupt record(s). This file holds Employee Punches so that TT can handle cross-midnight punches.
Resolution:
1. Access Windows Explorer and locate the MAS90\MAS_xxx\JTxxx directory (xxx represents the company code experiencing the error)
2. Rename the JT_D9xxx.SOA file
3. Locate a JT_D9zzz.SOA file from another company - copy this file and copy to the MAS_xxx\JTxxx directory
4. Rename the JT_D9zzz.SOA file to JT_D9xxx.SOA
5. Access MAS90 - Data File Display and Maintenance - select the JT_D9xxx.SOA file
6. Delete all records from this copied file
