  • 1.  Error 105 PL_commonUtility.pvc

    Customer is getting the above error when trying to print something to Paperless. I found something about the PDF log may be corrupt but can you do anything about that? Has anyone else seen this or have a suggestion? TIA

    I believe that is a network permission error.  See if the user can browse out to the paperless office folder, and create a text file, then rename the file, then delete the file.  ​

    Error 105 is a damaged file error.
    Std file rebuilds don't include Library Master files.

    Restore from backup?

    Rename it and put in a recent backup to test that theory?

    It's not a permission issue. She could add and delete a text file in the paperless directory and I get the same error on the server.

    Used UFAR to rebuild PL_JournalLog.m4t and it now works!!
