Error 1 SO_shipping_ui.pvc 00724 when clicking on the Sales Order Lookup (flashlight). The cause is "Custom data exceeds size of memory files"
Sage has posted an article on this but there is no fix, just dumb workarounds:
Workarounds: Use smaller batches in Shipping Data Entry. Consider moving UDFs to a UDT.
There are only 2 invoices in the batch, so that is not the problem. For the other lame workaround the UDFs cannot be moved to a UDT. The UDFs are all fill in the blank.
Any programmer out there know of something else that would fix this problem?
