Ericom with remote desktop - have you used this or know if it's works well with Sage 100?

    I have a smallish Sage 100 site that is not yet using remote desktop to a central server. Instead everyone remotely connects to their own desktop. Their IT provider recommended Ericom which I hadn't heard of before. Apparently it works with Terminal Server.

    I'm wondering if you have any experience with it and if so what have they been good/bad?

    I haven't heard of Ericom before but our experience with 3rd party remote desktop solutions is not good.  We've learned to stick with the platforms on the SPM.
