    @EricAnderson We have a Sage Intelligence version 4.5 install on a Windows 7 64 bit computer. It refuses to work properly. It did work ok for about two weeks, then only one custom report would run. Now more than one will run, but none of the reports that came with the program will run. Sage support as well as Alchemex support looked at the issues and confirmed that Sage Intelligence version 4.5 is not supported on Windows 7 64 bit OS. The thing is, is that we have several clients using 4.5 and windows 7 64 bit, and they all work fine. Does anyone know what the issue could be causing this one install to fail?

    what happens when you try to run the reports, do you get an error message?
