Eric Anderson seems to be doing well with SMI and probably has the most experience. I recommend that as we work with BizNet we simultaneously work with SMI so as to hedge our bets. Like it or not (as of now - and things may improve) customers are going to come to us looking for SMI help and I think we need to be prepared. We should provide sessions for both SMI and BizNet

Agreed. Once we get Biznet rolling later this week, I'll check in with Eric to see if he would be willing to do a webinar for us and reach out again to Stephen Coull to see what he is will to do for us.
