General Consultant Discussion

Epicor is suing Alternative Technology Solutions who apparently is a developer and consultant for their product. The main issue appears to be that Alternative isn't an authorized developer or consultant. http://online.wsj.com/article/PR-CO-20130624-908430.html

That's one way to spin am injunction - and don't most companies on the losing end try to paint it as positive? Yeah the suit may be settled ... And they may have won. Not sure on some of these stories it almost seems like the source writes them.
