I sent Kristie Neal at Endpoint an email asking questions regarding the download files.

    1. Would it be possible to implement a routine email notification to Channel Partners whenever a new OM Product is released?  As channel partners, we rely on timely updates to ensure we're informed and can respond quickly to new opportunities.  A regular notification would be greatly appreciated and would help us maximize the value of our partnership.

    Endpoint AS Response:

     Routine Partner Email Notifications
Copying in Ben to assist with this request.

    1. Have you also considered posting these releases on the 90Minds Community?  As an affiliate, you can post notifications and information to he Sage 100 Consultant Members at any time.

    Endpoint AS Response:

    90 Minds Posting Suggestion
Great suggestion! Ben will look into implementing this.

    1. Can we have the PDF Files back for the product update release notes please?  It is extremely difficult to use a Web Page where everything is comingled and make a "snapshot" of that page for our internal files.  We are saving these downloads into our library, and not having a true representation of what was released in this particular release is not functional.  The web page reference both products, but there is no v2024 on that web page.  Does this mean there are no updated, or the updates have not yet been published/included?    https://endpointas.com/sage-100-2025-1-2024-3-compliance-release-notes/

    Endpoint AS Response:

     PDF Files for Release Notes
Yes, I provided a PDF file to our development team, and it has now been added to the Partner Portal for download.

    1. The Download Pages for v2025 includes a PU1 download, but nothing for Mobility for Operations Management and nothing for Multi-Bin for Operations Management at the PU1 release.  Are we still waiting on these download file?

    Endpoint AS Response:

    Download Files for v2025
These were posted on the Endpoint website for download but were not on the Partner Portal. They should now be available on both sites, and we'll update our process moving forward to ensure they're added in both locations.

    1. And likewise, the Download Pages for v2024 includes a PU3 for Operations Management, but nothing for Mobility for Operations Management and nothing for Multi-Bin for Operations Management with the PU3 release.  Are we still waiting on these download files?

    Endpoint AS Response:

     Download Files for v2024
Same as above - these should now be available on both the website and Partner Portal.

    1. I also wanted to confirm that this is a "compliance release" and it does not appear at this time that there are any new features or functions available for Operations Management with the v2025 release?  Is that accurate?

    Endpoint AS Response

    v2025 Release Type
You're correct, this was a compliance release. Our primary goal was to deliver it as early as possible within Sage's 90-day release window.
Since recently stepping into my new role overseeing the OM product roadmap, I've been closely reviewing partner feedback (including the list from RKL) and reassessing priorities. I recognize that the product hasn't seen much in the way of new functionality for some time, and I'm committed to changing that moving forward. Our development team is already focused on long-overdue improvements to Enhanced Scheduling, and Ben and I will be scheduling discussions with OM partners to help shape the roadmap and ensure future releases deliver meaningful value.

Thanks for being on top of these issues, Madeline! It's interesting that many of these are sent to Ben.

Based on the concluding response from Kristie, I'm tempted to send our lists to she and Ben, but I would rather have Sage on our side before that.
