End user wants to integrate a Woo Commerce website with Sage 100. Do you know of any companies other than Websitepipeline and ROI Consulting that can successfully do this? This is a referral and they want other options.

The e-Commerce partner for the Sage-branded e-Commerce function scheduled for release with 100c next year is XM Developments, a Vancouver-based developer that already has ""certified"" 300 and X3 solutions. I know nothing else about them and have not spoken with them, but I would check them out, since they are behind the 100c Sage solution. I wouldn't want a customer to find out about that after they already selected something else.

You might reach out to Darcy Boerio as I'm sure she can give some feedback as well.

@DougHiggs what did you determine on this Woo Commerce integration? I have a Sage 100 client that is manually re-keying orders and they've reached the point of really needing integration.

@KathrynScofield They are currently using WSP and are looking for other options.

@DougHiggs I take it VI is not an option using one of the Woo Commerce Export add-ins?

I'm not sure. It may be worth looking into. The primary issues with vi and shopping carts is usually making sure the required records and fields are present in Sage 100. Inventory items, customers, ship via codes, sales tax etc.

I'm about to experiment with VI. Two major issues are mapping customers to CustID and, as you pointed out, inventory to InvID. Fortunately, the rest I think I can handle with Temp Fields and conditionals as there are only two or three choices. I have half a mind to run it through an Access database to address the first two concerns and to ensure that orders are only imported once.

FYI, a number of documents about Sage eCommerce were added to MySageSell. I'm not sure they make Sage eCommerce a lot clearer but it may be a start.

Does anyone have a management contact with ebridge? I have a client that cannot get them to resolve a support issue and now I'm involved and they are as responsive to me as the client. TIA. Pam

@PamScott I have a demo scheduled for next week. I'd be happy to bring this up to see how they handle support issues. You can email me particulars (or just general idea) if you'd like.

@Kathryn Scofield, let me check on the client issue status but I know they were non responsive to the client after numerous follow-ups, I got involved on their behalf and I wasn't treated any differently.
