End user on v2014 PU4 using ScanForce and ACSG multi-bin. Implemented the new ACSG wave picking feature a couple of weeks ago and are having an issue with it (a big issue hindering the picking and shipping of some orders). Have been trying to contact Ron at ACSG since 130pm last Thursday with no response from him. Does anyone know him ? Is the guy in the hospital or something? At least just tell me your busy and I'm in the queue.

There are two Ron's at ACSG, Ron Jacobs and Ron Chompf. We scheduled a demo once with the wrong Ron. Not sure which one you are trying to reach but we normally get a quick response from them. You may want to try Brandi Ford brandi@acsg.com, she always seems to know where everyone is.

Yeah, that Ron1,Ron2 stuff gets so confusing. I have to go back to my old emails each time to see who I should contact. I did hear from BOTH of them last Wed, though...

Ron Chompf is who I was trying to contact. Brandi referred me to him and I have sent several emails with no reply. At this point Ron Anyone would be great as long as they can solve the issue.

Ron C is very unique. You will either love him or abhor him. Sounds like you are on the downhill track. He likes to go for the quick response (which may come across as getting blown off). Persevere he will get it working for you.

Thanks Jeff. I like his software if the bugs get worked out and if it is set up correctly. I have had some battles with him... particularly in the customer service area. We are in a service business... I don;t care how smart you are or how great your software is, we need to also provide prompt professional service. The service part of it is desire, perseverance, work ethic, etc...... don't need to be a genius to provide prompt service.... and that is half (or more) of running a good business. I am an advocate for my client. When I recommend a third party software developer, my reputation is on the line..... We paid for the software...if there is an issue you had better stand behind your product and provide prompt professional service.

Update . RC sent me an email about 2 hours ago with a couple of suggestions.
