End user is running the PO Receipt History Report and setting PO Number - Equal To - a single PO Number she is reporting the following: ""...Since I got my NEW computer, each time I run the Report below, it ADDS the PO that I requested previously This did not happen in the past.. When I would change the PO in the PO number field I would just get the report for the ONE PO"" Any ideas on this?

Does she mean that the Operand is not longer changing automatically to ""Equal to""?

I think that the issue if she has it set to Keep Open after Preview, it's not clearing out the work tables. I think that was a bug. What version are they on?

@DianaLaughner , they are on 2013 and she is using keep open, I can see that from the screenshot she sent, and it does make sense that the work tables contain a record from the previous report, but why only this user. I was not able to duplicate this logging onto the server. Is there a patch for this?

@MichelleTaylor1 the operand is ""Equal To"" and she has entered a single PO but the report contains the previous PO and the one specified. Weird.

Sage's writeup is DE:104137, it talks about user permission to Delete within MAS90 folders, also mentions installing Crystal Service pack. I think the Crystal service pack fixed it for me, but if it's just one user, it could also be permissions.

Need to download the Crystal Service Pack mentioned in DE 104137 but having trouble locating it. It mentions ""SAP CRRuntime Service Pack 12"". Does anyone have this or know where it can be found?

Was able to find this page https://websmp130.sap-ag.de/sap(bD1lbiZjPTAwMQ==)/bc/bsp/spn/patch_download/main_public.htm Was able to download SAP Crystal Reports 2011 SP12 from here. It installed correctly on my test system. Will see if it solves the problem.
