Sage 100

End user has a Volusion e-commerce site. They want to integrate it to Sage 100. They also want customers to have the ability to be able to check order status, and other data using a web browser / portal. They have already looked at Websitepipeline and for some reason don't believe it to be a good fit ( I somewhat disagree). What other options are there?
