  • 1.  ENCRYPTION KEY IS INVALID

    Sage 100 v2019..new installation...already created GL ....imported Employees thru VI.. Now when I try to create a new Import Job in VI to import inventory items...I get this message.  But I can open the other job...

    Had the same thing happen yesterday. Assigned a new encryption key and it allowed me to continue setting up the system.

    Tried changing the encryption key...if I enter into ABC company it will let me....but not in the LIVE company....

    Already did that....in both ABC and LIVE...then it works in ABC but not on LIVE...
