  • 1.  Employer Exepnse Summary - Federal Tax Liability Inconsistency

    For the warehouse division there are the employer tax amounts, but for the office division there are no employer taxes for the following:

    Federal Medicare tax EPSLS Employer Liability, Federal Medicare tax EPSLS Withholding, Federal Social Security Tax EPSLS Employer Liability, Federal Social Security Tax EPSLS Employer Liability.

    Any ideas?

    Do they use the same Earnings Code for Warehouse & Office?  If not, both assigned the same rules?

    My apologies.  I posted without looking closely enough at the issue.  I don't see any 'Rona earnings codes for office emplyees on the employer expense summary.  That would explain it.
