Customer called last night, found after conversion in November, the next 1-2 payrolls in multiple companies doubled the Withholding Wages (vs the Gross Wages). We gave her access to the Fix button in Employee Tax History Detail Drill Down but she is wondering if there is anyway to export the Gross and Withholding and import them back in with the correct information.
Interesting thing about this situation is that after the 1-2 payrolls, then everything was fine after that and the correct numbers are in the fields. In the case of 1 of the companies, it only happened for those employees with Detroit City Tax.
I don't see the table available to import to, wondering if I'm missing anything or is that table not importable?
