  • 1.  Employee Expense Reporting

    What are the best employee expense reporting products that integrate with Sage 100?  The end user priorities are: 1. Corporate credit card reconciliation, and 2. Employee expense reporting.

    Does Expensify and/or AvidExchange have these capabilities?  Any others?

    @Doug Higgs or @Jeff Schwenk Have any other options for Employee Expense Reporting (1. Corporate Credit Card Reconciliation and 2. Employee Expense Reporting) surfaced other than Concur that can integrate with SAGE 100 STD?  Who has the Concur integration? Has anyone written a VI import from Bank credit card files? How about integration with SAGE 100 Job Cost?  Any Ideas?  THANKS.   ​​

    Doug, A quick Google search found these offerings of Employee Expense Reporting that connects to SAGE 100:   SAP Concur, Expensya, Expensify, and Gorilla Expense. Does anyone have experience with any of these systems and their connection to SAGE 100?

    I worked with a client a couple of years ago on an Expensify import.  Just like Concur, it's an import, not a direct integration.  The client ended up not importing because they have JobOps and didn't want to have to maintain work ticket numbers in Expensify.

    Thanks Michael.  That's good to know and worth looking into.   Many third party vendor indicate they have an integration to Sage 100.  They need to demonstrate to me what their definition of "integration" means.
