  • 1.  Emails labeled as "suspicious"

    I have three clients this week who have been having employees with DD stubs and vendors with ACH remittances reporting that the emails are now coming through labeled as "suspicious", or not coming through at all (in Spam).

    I'm assuming something has changed out in email land.  Anyone know what?

    I am not an expert and am quite likely wrong in this suggestion - perhap something such as DMARC needs to be enabled? See - https://dmarc.org/

    It could be something like all three of those clients are using SMTP relay through O365 and whatever filters are being used suddenly are treating those types of emails as suspicious. I think that there are a bunch of tools specifically for email where you can review for potential issues with email server configurations.
