    I think based on this email the ""re-organization""is still going on and maybe we will find out on Friday what is going on at Sage.

    Yeah all we were asking is pricing for client to move from 90 - 200. I think these kind of emails are a way of saying to us look out for what Sage up too.

    My RAM is still in place, because he answered my e-mail this morning as if it were business as usual. Or maybe he's just a good actor.

    @JohnHoyt this is not our RAM it is our Customer Account Manager for Installed Base ... for what that is worth.

    We had a temporary CAM for the last 3 months, who was the existing CAM but was being ""promoted"" to new sales. I'm thinking may have been promoted out the door this week. Also, my RAM already strongly hinted a week ago that he would be doing new and existing customers.
