Email Go Daddy and SPAM We have a number of Customers on our shared email servers having Send issues. It appears that Go Daddy, on or about Sept 5th, has ""updated"" their server's SPAM to exclude any email coming from a shared server. I am told the Sending customer has to have a dedicated email server, or be on Go Daddy's servers also or use Gmail. Apparantely there is no workaround. Has anyone else experienced this and please tell me there is a solution?

No I haven't experience it but it does not sound right. There are many hosted email servers --- for example Exchange as well as webmail such as Gmail, Yahoo, Microsoft. I think they probably want some type of authentication that the domain is tied to the IP. I'm not sure what that is called but if you search Google Apps for how to setup email for a domain under their service you may find some tidbits. I think part of it might involve modifying the domain record to show what IP is a permitted/trusted sender for the mail.
